Send a thumbs up for a job well done or celebrate a co-worker’s anniversary through our employee recognition program, which supports our culture of appreciation. You can give and receive recognition for living our core values, stopping an unsafe action, lending a hand and much more. The recognition program is open to all those employed by CHI Saint Joseph Health. Log in here, and please note that the site will be updated soon to reflect our new brand. To encourage fun and involvement, the recognition program awards points you can redeem for thousands of items in our award catalog.

You may earn points in three ways:
  • From your leader, who has a budget of points to award based on certain criteria
  • In sweepstakes drawings; you are entered each time you give and receive peer-to-peer recognition
  • On your 10-year service anniversary (and every five years thereafter)
Service awards, retirement and other recognition are also coordinated through the program. The system generates a personalized URL (“PURL”) to recognize an employee’s fifth service anniversary and every five years thereafter. The employee’s co-workers, family and friends can post comments, photos and videos to the PURL to recognize and celebrate the employee’s achievement.

You can access the employee recognition site at (this URL will be updated soon to reflect the new brand). And a new mobile app makes it “EZ” to connect to our employee recognition program. The “EZ Thanks” app is free and available for iOS and Android devices. Log in with your usual credentials and the App Code KYONE (all caps), then you’ll have access to all the usual activities — send peer-to-peer recognition, submit a PURL message, redeem points in the online store and more.
