Another Chance to Provide Feedback: PCA Action Planning

We appreciate all of you who were able to share workplace feedback through the Performance Culture Assessment (PCA) this May. Your input in this annual engagement survey helps us continue to improve the possibilities and opportunities you experience at work.

Leaders will be sharing results with you this August and September. You will have another chance to provide feedback when your group meets to discuss the results, celebrate successes and make an action plan. Your valuable insights will help set goals, action steps and deadlines that will improve our work environment, lead to better patient care and help us be our best.
