Merit-Based Pay Increases Coming Soon

Annual merit-based pay increases, based on performance during FY2019, are on the way, and we’ve got the details.
New pay rates or salaries will be effective Oct. 6, and will be reflected in paychecks beginning Oct. 25. Most CHI Saint Joseph Health employees will receive a 2% pay increase if they were hired by June 30, 2019, and received a minimum of “meets expectations” on their latest performance review.
So we can put the merit increases in place, please note that Workday is in a blackout through Oct. 8. This means job change and position transfer transactions won’t be processed until the blackout ends; however, managers can still process employee requisitions, terminations and new hires.
